Choosing the Right Guitar Case

Keeping your guitar in excellent condition is important not only in making sure that you will be able to use it for a long time but also to maintain the quality of sound that it will produce. Although your skills as a guitar player matters a lot, having a well-conditioned guitar also makes a difference. One of the best ways to take care of your guitar is by using the right guitar case. Novice guitar players should keep in mind that there are different guitar cases for acoustic guitars and electric guitars. And although there may be ‘standard’ size guitar cases, it is best that they bring their guitar with them so that they can see whether the case that they intend to buy is suitable for their guitar. Hard sided cases are generally preferred because they provide the protection that guitars need against the elements such as dirt, dust and heat. You can also choose mono case vertigo bass guitar gig bag if you’re looking for more convenient way to carry your guitar with you wherever you go. Guitar cases also come in a variety of designs and colors – choose one that will best represent your sense of style and your music.

Laid-back Weekend

To say that the past week has been challenging would be an understatement; with most of us, particularly those in Luzon, forced to deal with the torrential rains and unpredictable weather. I’m sure that after that experience, we could all use a quiet and relaxing weekend with our loved ones. Although our province is one of those that have been placed under the state of calamity, we are fortunate to live in an area that has been spared from the massive flooding. But still, experiencing days of non-stop rain can be very stressful and scary. It’s a good thing that the weather has improved a bit and that we are finally able to just enjoy the day without having to worry about things like flooding or power interruption.

Our family spent the weekend at home and our youngest was even excited about being able to play basketball with his friends again. I was finally able to catch up on my reading and finish a novel. I have actually started reading another one. Tomorrow, we plan to go through our closet and choose the clothes that we will donate for the flood victims in our city. We’ll be bringing them to our parish church within the week in time for the church officials’  visit to the evacuation centers next week.

The coming week will be another hectic week for us, with the kids preparing for their examinations (which were postponed because of the typhoon). I ‘m hoping though that it’ll be another productive week for the family.

Here’s to another blessed week to all of us!
